Team & roles

Invite teammates and control who can do what in your workspace.

Your workspace is a team. Everyone you invite works against the same Salesforce dictionary, the same connected orgs, and the same change history — there's nothing to share manually or keep in sync.

Inviting teammates

Invite people from Settings → Members. Send an invite by email, and once they accept they join your workspace with the role you assign.

Open Members

Go to Settings → Members in your workspace.

Invite by email

Enter the teammate's email address and pick the role they should have.

They accept and join

The invitee gets an email; once they accept, they appear in your members list with the role you chose.

Roles and permissions

Members have roles that control what they can do. Some actions require a role with manage permissions, including:

  • Connecting a Salesforce org
  • Creating API keys
  • Changing workspace settings

Read access for everyone else

Members without manage permissions have read access to the dictionary, search, impact analysis, and change history — they just can't connect orgs, create API keys, or change workspace settings.

Manage roles and invitations any time from Settings → Members. Billing and the workspace plan are managed separately under Settings → Billing — see Plans & billing.
